After receiving the Serge Payer Foundation Scholarship in 2007, I went on to pursue an honours degree in Sport Management from Brock University. In 2014, I followed my love for sport & events out west to Calgary where I am an event planning professional in the sport industry. It was an honour to be a recipient of the Serge Payer Foundation Scholarship as it contributed to my ability to pursue my dream in University. Not everyone is lucky enough to know what they want to do when they grow up, but by combining my strengths and passion for sport I was able to accomplish exactly that.
