I received the Serge Payer Scholarship in 2018 when I was graduating RDHS. After high school, I went to the University of Waterloo to study Mechanical Engineering and this grateful scholarship helped me pay part of my tuition. As an international student, tuition was quite expensive, and the scholarship was a great relief for me. Sports always have been a big part of my life. I kept playing sports in the university through intramural. I believe that the sports were the key for my successful academic career by reducing stress while playing sports. Currently, I'm doing mandatory military service in South Korea. After the service, I'm planning to go back to the University of Waterloo and finish my degree.
