The Serge Payer Foundation (SPF) Scholarships support students who combine academic promise with character, leadership potential and commitment to their community. SPF offers scholoarships for university / college bound students. The foundation's mentoring and advising system encourages Scholars to grasp opportunities that will offer the best expression and development of their skills, particulary in service to their communities.
